"Love & the Mystical Ideal"
will be presented by Christine
Keller, M.A. Professor of Eastern & Western Mysticism, and
founder of Sangha Spirit. Over the millennia, mystical poets
and sages have placed themselves on the very bleeding edge of
society to express the inexpressible, the ineffable experience
of connection with the Divine. Mystics were often rebels &
non-conformists willing to endure extreme hardships to express
their direct, personal experience of God. Seeing through the
heart's heightened sense of wisdom and compassion enabled the
mystics to accomplish the extraordinary. How is today's
society linked with the ancient past? We are linked through
spiritual practices such a meditation, yoga, dreaming, energy
work and others who seek to connect us with the DIVINE…God,
Ultimate Reality…The Great Beloved. Ms. Keller will lead us in
exploration of the ancient mystics attempt to connect with
this Great Love through practices developed over the centuries
that we can still use in the present day. Their teachings can
lead us beyond our "ego" selves into truly authentic lives of
spirit.
"Lakota Sioux-Star People" a
discussion to be given by Master J. Tealsey,
 Sundance
& Pipe Carrier of the Great Dakota Sioux Nation. Master Teasley
will lecture on why in the Lakota Sioux oral tradition the
people refer to themselves as the "Star People." He will also
teach how the Sioux people relate to their relatives living
among the stars (other worlds, planets, or UFO's!) Master
Teasley will demonstrate the traditional drumming & singing need
to communicate with the distant Sioux ancestors. Master Teasley
takes us into diverse ancient cultures step by step and
demonstrates their inseparable spirituality, which was and
continues to be at the heart of all healing. Master Teasley is
also a traditional healer, Master of Chinese & Japanese Martial
Arts, Chi Kung, & Taoist Yoga.
"Conversations with Nostradamus"
will be presented by Ms. Dolores Cannon
 international
speaker and author of 12 books; she will also give our keynote
speech for the conference. In her lecture, Ms. Cannon will
unfold with what alarming speed Nostradamas' prophecies are
being fulfilled in our time. She will discuss how her remarkable
contact with the living Nostradamus was made through hypnosis
and resulted in the three volume set "Conversations with
Nostradamus," which is an interpretation of all the know
prophecies of Nostradamus. Major world events such as September
11th, the Iraqi War, new computer technology and experimental
weapons will be viewed through the lens of Nostradamus'
predictions. As we step out upon the beginning of this new
millennium, other predictions for the next one thousand years
will be explored including a Third Anti-Christ, a possible Third
World War and role of extraterrestrials in our planet's peace.
"Astrological Insights for the Next
Millennium" can be found when astrology is properly
understood says Montgomery Taylor , International Astrologer,and
our final speaker. For thousands of years astrology
 served
mankind as both a blueprint for self-enlightenment and for
understanding the influence of the universal energy pattern
cycles...and it still does. You create your life through your
thoughts. This is not some ancient wisdom no longer viable for
the 21st Century. Through astrology, the free will is seen to be
as powerful as the seeker's awareness on a conscious,
subconscious and collective level of events taking place around
each individual. The movement of planets through different signs
& houses of a person's chart is best understood by understanding
astrology's symbolic language. Each and every planet has an
archetype or character associated with it that seems to embody
the essential energy of the mythological character. It is an age
old method to help us understand the cosmic in human terms.
Think of astrology as a vehicle for developing greater universal
awareness of cosmic consciousness and an opening up to an
awareness of your Authentic Self!
